At least for me, it is a very good change from the classic [pc] shooter, ie. Counterstrike. I do not really play consoles that much, so it really brought in that nice animated and 'arcade' feel.
I liked it, but I liked portal more (Not that I play it more, there isn't that much to play, but I think that it is much more innovative and interesting, for the first play at least)
