SWSRO 1 password change problem

When i try to change my pw the screen goes black and what i get is a mesage with like my qq is not ok,or my email is not ok or something else,anyway i know my informations are correct so is the password change site buged or is there an other site?

I need help guys please if someone can respond me whats wrong with that PW change site cuz i need to change my pw.

Well now I will tell you a story, that is true.
When I bought my 4 Accounts in Swsro (2) - I just told maya, to REG* My accounts, because the other way wasn't working at that time.
So 3 of the 4 accounts is working.. with everyting, but the 4th has as you, the problem that the QQ is wrong. See now to the funny site.. I wrote everyting down on a papir, and copied it and pasted in that e-mail I have sent to Maya, so how can I be wrong?

Your QQ wont change, you have maybe just lost your real QQ number... Try check your cashe.

Why don't you all just use a real QQ number? Way easier.
