Such topics as these should probably be posted on TQ's official conquer online 2.0 forums. That way, you can get professional help and solve your problem quicker.
To help you out:
Have you tried the following?
-Restart your client
-Reboot your computer
-Reinstall Conquer
These usually fix most problems.

yes that happens sometime
when u blacklist a person, it also blocks some other ppl
This bug is not yet posted in TQ's bug thread i think
Try reinstalling the game it will help i guess
