may someone please kindly enlighten me on what's the specified

hexadecimal code for "%", or is there no fixed value on it as it varies from game to game?

the hex code for it is 25, just add the zeros but its 25

that is the ascii code, hex are colord codes ^^

that link is not only ascii, it contains the octal and hex and decimal value
