it works if you make PuS cd to 1 butt there is no use. first pus will make normal dmg and second pus and all following pus will do low dmg as you would hit mobs with normal hit. just for charging brut then. 2400 is a nice value for cooldown. dmg wont be decreased so much and its faster than normal cd.
tb cooldown the same. btw casting time for tb would be more important in my opinion

make another 1 skill cooldown than use both with cooldown, attack with 1 skills than fast switch to another CD skill and you'll be doing full damage

wo which skill do you want to use as a knight under lvl 50? you just got TB and FS. FS is TB and THEN FS thats why there is no use i think. only skill you have for knight is mockery then. but wtf :D tb, mockery, tb, mockery :D
