hellgate speedhack

Start up HGL
Start up Cheat Engine
Click the very top left button on Cheat Engine
Scroll down until you find hellgate_london.exe (It'll have some numbers in front of it) and click it

Click OK

Right side, click 'enable speedhack'
Under Speed, put the multiplier you want
Click 'Set Speed'
Go back into the game.

will be detected pretty soon after release

go to [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
and enter "Cheat Engine" into the search window.
You can add download into the window if you cant find the site where you can download the Cheat Engine.
