HELP! tbot..questitems!!

I really need help to get the tbot to pick up all the questitems.
does any1 know how to make this happen?

My bot only picks quest items when the mob also dropped gold..

Tbot wont pick up my Curst Hearts, and i have 300/300 Masterys^^
Normaly i had a Pet but atm i havent one :(
But sometimes the bot goes crazy. then he picks up all shit that

and he will pick up all drops... but only your drop´s
