although i have a ranger soo i never did any cooldowns or skillswaps... I tried but no success lol..

So I will just stick to decrypting.. and whatever I can pull off to make it look like i know something.. :P

The funny thing is they announced the packet change... why the fu** would a company tell everyone, "Hey all we are changing our packet system". LOL but then again they asked for everyone to post their i.p.'s in the forums lol
