Sorry, but this is nearly impossible. Most of the GMs are friends of the admin/server owner. Only people with good connections have a chance to be a GM.

lol. I don't know what everybody have.. If he is an good coder and can much more then the other GMs on ZSZC or SWSRO we don't know anything about him. He can be the best coder or smth. If he's searching a job let him! did he ask about your comments or about an job, lol. If he would get GM by this way, he will laugh about you not you about him.
