HOw do i play rf ph in windows 7?

i was on xp before but ever since the new server omicron was released i cant patch it anymore then i reformat my pc to windows 7 to make use of my directx 10 video card

then downloaded the golden age installer from level up games and installed rf
i even set compatibility mode to xp but rf.exe just runs and nothing happens
is there no rf ph anymore?

kuya battlenetter, mahirap po paganahin sa win7 ung rf naun ee..kaya ung iba sp3 or vista lang gamit.pero ask ko friend ko panu nya npagana ung rf ph nya sa win7 nya...post ko nlng d2
