You are playing chapter 3 actually. Some technichal changes and UI improvements will follow, but chapter 3 was released last year. All the other things will come with time, very long time.

Well actually, you are playin' chapter 2. Technically, chapter 3 went live months ago. Like you said, there are some more features to be added. When everything is done, it'll official be chapter 3.
