i want to open my account but it gives an error "this account is running on a different location" those that mean that its been hacked :(

No, its not hacked, this has happened to me... It is a problem with the connection taking too long to disconnect your previous connection.

Use this app below to view the connections/ports open, and close them if they are still running after you exit the game, before restarting.

Try renewing your ip, possibly reset your modem/router, sometimes it takes me 5 to 10 minutes to get back on when it does it. I just shut off the pc and unplug my modem ...

closing connections will be port 11000 - listed as unknown ip usually 2##. something.

This is NOT and isp issue nor is it ur issue.It is a bug with the log in server.When it gets heavy traffic it buggs out and redirects u to another account.However when the person gets to ur characters he can not delete them because he has not got YOUR pass.ALso if he attempts to connect to the server with ur toon the game will crash.It is a known and addmitted bug by CM.
