Okay, I've downloaded, manually patched, signed-up, and selected/named my first character in ElswordHK. I select the server, select the character, and then click start...at which the game usually minimizes and won't come back up. On one occasion it froze, got an error, and I closed it down but I can't figure out what I did differently that time. I checked the task manager and it says the process is still running. I've tried running as administrator, running in compatibility mode, as well changing several settings and I still have this problem. I've matched all the patch files to those in my folder as well as replaced several that people on other forums have suggested replacing. I have checked the system specs, my comp should have no problems playing this game. My specs are below:
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo 2.13 GHz
RAM: 4 Gb
Graphics Card: GeForce GTX 260M CUDA (1GB)
Hard Drive: 520 Gb
System: Windows 7
DirectX: DirectX 11.0
