Change Enchant an Link Rate [Help]

can someone write me a short Tutorial how i change the Enchant- and Linkrate?

Yes it does, please take a look at prof's guide to shaiya config, it's very good and will definately come in handy to you.

The guide is indicates which field (column RegVg) is used by Hammers (items type 44, typeID 194 .. 199 in AG distrib) - meantime that column is the only one that contains a value not constant for all these items (ok Grade can also change) and is not related to a link rate issue (these items do change a link rate but do not define the initial rate).

But let switch back to the original question: "change the link rate" of lapis ? [1]
These rates (46%, 40%, 32%, 16% and 8% for stats lapis lvl 1 to 5) are not defined by the ReqVg column of these items - nor, AFAIK, by any other columns.

How one can change them ?? Same question for the price of a link (i though that was discuted somewhere but i can't find the thread).

[1] link rate of lapisia is (very obviously) defined under LapisianEnchantPercentRate section of ItemEnchant.ini
