Whats wrong? It would be helpful if you tell us what problem you are having. I don't think anyone would spoon feed you through it, but if you have questions you can ask.

A quick thing to remember is to not have teamviewer running when your starting the apache service, teamviewer uses the port.

If you are using windows 2003 or 2008. Disable IIS Server from service manager as it takes up port 80. Then restart xampp and see if apache is running.

Or if your not sure what program is taking port 80, just do a port check through cmd. If you are still not sure; go to xampp's apache folder. Find xampp/apache/conf/httpd.conf. in there look for the line "Listen 80" change 80 to any other port you want your apache server to take. After that if you have firewall/router make sure you forward port through those. Just restart apache once ports are opened.

If you change port of apache the website address will be different as well. For example if you use port 81. New site address will look like this:

Why does everyone use Xampp. I use the program WebServe 2.0 phpBB3 installation. website at cms Joomal. And somehow everything is working properly.

Earlier, as I used Xampp also had a lot of problems but since I moved everything to another server everything works much better and more stable.

Benefits WebServ
easy setup
System redirects to the no-ip on your IP (http:// your domain .no-ip.org or info)
Apache 2.2.6
PHP 5.2.5
MySQL 5.0.45
Perl 5.10.0
ZendOptymizer 3.3.0
phpMyAdmin 2.11.4
Webalizer 2.1
MySQL Control 0.9.4
CesarFTP 0.99g
No-IP Client 2.2.1
DynDNS Client 3.1.0

In addition, a very simple interface quite intuitive.
Making changes to your php.ini file or the other is much easier and faster. The program works very stably. If you have a problem with it write always willing to answer all your questions.

P.S.
Even after an unexpected reboot of your computer website and forum are working properly

well thats a problem with database, not exactly xampp's fault. I think you should use a mysql database manager like navicat. The interface is much nicer than phpmyadmin and easier to use.

It still depends on what you're using phpBB, if this is a new phpBB3. You have to enable in php.ini mysqli.dll without this forum is useless.

xampp works fine if you know how to use it, personally I've been using it for several years, and our current Dekaron Evolution site is hosted from an xampp installation.

Yes you have a right Zektor but WebServ is more stable, easier to use and good for beginners to configuration

And how do you like the new management system website and forum. If you need help you write always glad to help.

I see that you are leaving from the same assumption as I am. The more you help, our servers are becoming more stable and functional in their management. I hope that the new program which is already in you installed the support for a new page and the forum will be held to fit well. But I like how you wrote you have to install yet another application to fix all the bugs in the system and its records. As soon as you do upload. I'll send you a link to the PM
