About Backup File

i want to know how to make backup file for server ?that some pic i look their navicat have backup file .. i saw they all use navicat premium .. it's that must buy ? or have another link to download it ?:confused:

thats all i done i just used the Keygen that was in the file that came with it and coppyed it to the vps
