Rose online account create

Hi , i can't create a account for my Rose online server with RoseOnlineCMS
There comes allways:

Can i create a account with a other way ?with navicat or else ?

You must setup the Mysql things like password and name in the php file.
Then u can create a Account.
But you can create an Account via MySql database.
