Pw lost ?? Cant get it back

im 100% sure i typed it right tryped 18 times
i putted id SA and e-mail and its says its invailid
is thare somkinda bugg or did i got scamed ??
pls help me

You must go under Joymax and make ''password Forgott''

give in the Button letters > Id > Secret Answer > Email > New Pw

if after Secret answer Nothing come's than u got hacked
