Only Findingds For Skill No Delay (cooldown hacking)

i make this thread since i want to have a deeper look at the skills values,

this is what i have done till now with cheatengine

* Searched on the skill name like Soul Siphon (hrtc) ya get 3 results then, then right click and browse this memory region, i took the first 4 numbers/digits example: 0DD5, went back to main page of cheatengine, then search 4 bytes, memory scan options, from: 0DD50000 till 0DD5ffff and searched for unknown initial value, ya get about 20.000 results then i used the skill and puted on changed value, 10 results left, if ya change all to 0 nothing happens, since its the wrong values means ---->> fail

* New Scan: memory scan options 00000000 till ffffffff, unknown initial value scan, then value between 1 and 15000 (since dont no its sec/millisec or what ever so skill is 15 sec so added 3 0 to be sure it filters results), then i used skill and clicked on changed value, compair first list and next search, about 800.000 results left, next i did was, searched again value between 1 and 15000, results left 300.000, so now we will use skill ingame again, and this time searched for decreased value, since its loading so cooldown time is lower then the value when its not used, 150.000 left, now skill is full loaded will full cooldown again search for value between 1 and 15000, use skill ingame again and search for decreased value, 100.000 results left, now when skill is full loaded again, i searched for increased value, hmm that was better about 900 results left, so now i filterd again with value between 1 and 15000, 500 results left, now i went ingame again and used skill like many times before again and used decreased value, 300 results left i thought yeah i am coming close, now when skill was loaded full again i searched for increased value, 50 results left, now filterd again with value between 1 and 15000, went ingame again used skill and searched for decreased value, and then used value between 1 and 15000 clicked a few times!! since values of some change from 5 to 5000021 or what ever, 16 results left, went ingame again used skilled, and clicked decreased value, 7 values left, searched when skill was fully loaded again for increased value, 2 results left, 1 with value 31 and 1 with 23 changed both, and ---->>> Failed again....

anyone who tried a other way and didnt found it write here and anyone with other ideas to find the cooldown values so we can make no delay hack, write also, dont need idiot spam posts, this is for a decent thread and looking if we can do more then bots:)

I thought this is server-sided ?

possible but i think not, reason i think is because i saw 2 guys spamming AOE all the time or they are already using packets or they know how to find:)

From what i searched the cold-downs are create and delete every time that u use the skill. there are 2 functions for that if u search in the game. so for make it work u should know how they work i guess.
but have another problem, for sure this game have CRC checks, so im almost sure that they check speed hacks and other things. So im my little experience if u can find which is the right value for the server side check that u are not using an speed/cold-down hack, then maybe this can be done.
Also they can check the amount of meters/coords that a char move per second, so u will need fix that. Etc, etc, etc.

jhmm phantom means, we have to start to search between 1 and 30.000(example if skill has 30sec cooldown) after we used the skill, then freeze the client, and only use skill and search, since on moment we use then the skill it gets a new value? so increasing after...
they keep the same value if everything is correct, i will go test it out, if i will find something by this way :)
