ya but i dont understand it...

u get first buff when ur online atleast 1h. when ur online for 2 hours then u get 2nd buff where u get more "buffs". for example if the first buff gave u 5% speed, then 2nd gives you 10% speed etc. u get better and better buffs on each hour ur online. if you log out then the buff reset and u get lvl 1 buff again after 1h been online. Hope it explains.
