ok for some reason when i install anything or anything is saved, even temporary internet files. they are being saved to the "d" drive. the recovery partion, instead of the "C" drive. if anyone knows how to fix this please let me know. i keep getting this error saying that the d drive is low on space and i should uninstall some programs and stuff like that. this is driving me INSANE! please help me out.

when i download from my browser or anything at all. for some reason it always goes to the "d" drive which is the recovery partition. and it's a 5gb partition so i keep getting disk space errors. and i can't figure out how to make it go to the "c" drive where it is supposed to. the browser i use is firefox. i have never had this problem before on any of my other computers. and it does the same thing with IE.

ok well i have figured it out. you see i was given this computer for free a few days ago. and i just now realized that whoever set this computer up, installed windows onto the recovery partition..... so now i have to find my windows xp cd and re-do the computer.
