30 full set gears

i have an item in shopping mall that gives a +30 gears with f-soul 8 , i wanna learn how to change the item so it gives full set gears with >>> +255 (yellowStone bonus and on elements ) , max level (125) , f-soul 8 , Atk 5000-5500 , Def 3000 , M-atk 4000-4500 , M-def 2500 , Dodge 2500 , Durability 1000 ??? if you can give me a query please make sure it changes both gears and casuals :o reply down below
