Need open port

I have Open the port 5816, 9958, 80 for private server a testing only
but i cant login still, I change all ip into my external ip which is static

I have use modem Siemens Gegaset se260 connected to a switch and connected to a two pc but I have setup local static ip in my pc which is 192.168.1.X I have port forward those port mention above.. still cant login what should I do.. please any one help

Open the port for mysql, i forgot the port number.
But also use search button before making a new post plz!!

MySQL default port is 3306.

You only need to open that port if your going to remotely administer the database, and you arnt.

Perhaps your ISP wont let you open the ports and bocks them....

i have already setup it in the Portforwarding feature in my Prolink hp200 modem router the 9958, 5816 and 5817 also the default port 80 , but when I run the game server when I check my external Ip with the Port i use it says open, but still i cant connect to the game server, I think its only in the Modem blocking the port. The Ip of my Modem router is 192.168.1.1 and my internal Ip or local ip is 192.168.1.99 and I cant mention my external IP. please help me here....

but I cant login with in my network Only outside my network I have use the external IP in my source and I use it also in my client but I cant login only outside of my Network which is not connected.

some knows how to solve this please... outside my network can login the server but In side my network also my computer which is hosting cant login please can you help me
