Are you using a firewall ?
which system do you have? xp, vista or win 7?

on which do server do you want to run the bot?
...

we need more information..

it's ok i have resolve the prob but now i have a new prob ;s when i select kill npc the udobot .exe crash :s ? i think it's because my xp it's ( - 1.956.000.000 )
