Reset Stones in Weapons/Armor ?

Hey Guys,

is it possible to reset Stones in Weapons or Armor ?? Coz at Item Trader i often find Items with great Stats but crap stones. Someone told me, it's possible to destroy the Stones with "destruction stones" but don't know how. Is this really true ??? And if someone know how pls, tell it me.

no you cannot remove the stones with them they are used to make Rare weapons However there is away to remove the stones BUT you need alot of reinforcement pots and I meen a S**t load of them and just keep reinforcing the the Armor until you get 3 fails then Bingo No more Stones also you do lose the + what level it was at but you do kill the stones inside also it only works on the breast plate and legs the Arms Boots and Helms CANNOT be reinforced unless you use Items from the Chantra Store.. and even then its a hit or miss..

Heay guys i have played AL for 9 months now.Once a stone{elemental/poison/lightning/cold} has been put inot the weapon and the weapon is full there is no way to reset them.If the weapon has 1 slot empty the best thing to do is put in an attack prayer stone.Then by reinforceing the weapopn u have a chance to reset it completely.This is acheaved because the phisical attack of the weappon has been increased by one of the stones{as aposed to the elemental/special attack}.
For those of you pumping reif pots into ur weapon STOP all ur going to do is waste money and if ur really unlucky u will destroy the weapon completely.

ok so if u have 5 slot weapon and 1 slot empty,and the stones in the weapon are stupid and u dont want them u do this.
put in 1 lvl1 attack prayer stone.This will make the attack +1
Next use reinforce potions this increase the attack +2
now because when the reinforce fail and reset it reset all phisical attack added by you.
So it will also fail the lvl1 attack stone and if it does it has a high %%% chance of failing all stones in the weapon.Now sometimes u will NOT reset the attack stone and u have to keep reinforceing.Now the big problem is that u can still destroy ur weapon when it resets.Anymore Questions?
