Runescape DDOS'er

If you don't know a DDOS'er allows you to locate and attack a specific runescape players IP address rendering them helpless which can be used to piss players off, or on FEB the 2nd to PK them and make MILLIONS. I have a working DDOS program and will be willing to share it with the first 10 users than PM me.
