I mean there way to get around making accounts for korean games by obtaining or creating a fake KSSN

yea a lot need real Kssn with a matching name. Most of them need to be under the age of 14, then the parents kssn, then most require a SMS in the area for verification. Real big pain in the ass. A lot of people wish to play games such as Elsword, and need a permanent account not a trial one ;)
