it seems to me that CO is no longer warning you of the server maintenance. This happened to me on Monday as well at exactly the same time. There has been no message from GM stating that the server was to shut down, and announcing how long till shutdown.
I wouldn't' worry, give it 20 mins. and it will be up and running again.

i cant log in any server0.o normaly if i cant log 216 servers i can go to 69 severs,but i cant log in either,i dont think there down though,but i could be wrong
