Error when Traget WPE or RPE ~

Hi guys i got problem when i traget WPE or RPE on ro i get some ERRPOR is there any way to solve this problem.

looks like a error which is caused by the memory!? But im not sure!
try to re-install!

i googled about itand i found this.

this explain the problem but even there thay didnt slove it ,hope any one here can find a solution for it
