Hi, im going to purchase a new pc for about 20k

I would like to know what you think would be the most powerfull rig, for this price! thanks!

It's for a project, i need to use all the money but i need to be the power fullest PC with that price i can get.

20k € PC is useless.

I don't think u can ever use half of the power of this pc, but if you want the best pw you can have, that's it.

Leute, wie er selbst mitgeteilt hat, ist es ein Projekt finanziert von einem Sponsor. Es müssen also 20.000€ aufgebraucht werden.

Von daher nützen aussagen wie "Unnötig" usw nicht viel.

This is a great desktop PC but you should wait for the I7-990X. It will be released at 27.2.2011 and you can buy it for 999$. And I think for this money you can buy some SSD´s ;)

Just wait until the new Sandy Bridge DUAL Mainboards gonna release, then switch to such a rig . with a 3 way SLI / Crossfire .. all Watercooled ..

Ich weiß, dass es eine Dual GPU Karte ist. Ich meinte ja auch wenn er sich ne Dual GPU Karte kaufen soll kann er auch gleich auf dir 6990 warten. Bloß dann sollte er er sich eine Wakü besorgen weil Dual GPU Karten schnell heiß werden da die vordere GPU durch den Luftzug der hinteren GPU sehr heiß wird und 1250W werden bei der Zusammenstellung sehr knapp unter Last.
