How do I open ports

I have the Private server. And I need to open ports 9958 5816 and 9957. I got 9958 done, but 5816 isn't opening. Basically, I have a MR814v2 and I need to open the above ports. I tired Port Fowarding, and i checked from a site, and it says that its open. But when I try and loggin, it says 'Unable to connect to game server.' (Which is port 5816)

Hey, do you have a router or is your computer directly connected? if its not port forward on router if it is, go check windows firewall and allow the port if none of these work just change your private servers port. hope i helped you
