getting venom to work

i have downloaded venom and all of the programs that are in the main venom thread but it doesn't work. It said something about changing the ip address, or editing an ini file or server.dat but i don't know how i'm supposed to do this. If anyone who uses venom knows what i need to do please tell me.

Ok.

First go into the conquer 2.0/ folder.
Open "server.dat" in notepad
Find your server and notice an ip address next to it.
Open v3N0m01.ini file and input the server address from "server.dat" into "remote ipaddress" Line
Go into server.dat again and change the ipaddress (your server) to "127.0.1.1"
Open Cmd.exe from "Run"
Type "ipconfig"
Record your ipaddress in the v3N0m01.ini file in "proxyip" Line from CMD
Delete the 2 numbers at the bottom which are highlighted in red

Ugh why let him do it the "difficult" way lol,
open server.dat in notepad go to your server,
notice the IP it shows and CHANGE it into 127.0.0.1.
save and close :)

now open ur venom.ini,
change remoteip=xx.xx.xx.xx into ur servers IP
delete the 2 IPs on the bottem becuz they give a "fake" error
save and close it.
Now open the proxy,
wich will show u a black lil screen
then open ur co login and TADAAA ur done :)
now type in a command and ur good to go :)
And BTW:
Make sure when u installed venom ur co was closed,
otherwise it wont replace the conquer.exe with the 1 that bypasses server check.
If all did correct it will work :)

oh but my venom ini isn't the same as that.
mine has:

localloginport=9958
localmapport=5816
remoteloginport=9958
remoteloginip=216.93.174.65
proxyip=127.0.0.1
consoleout=yes
logfile=coproxy.log
filter=0x3ee
