Help rSRO!!!

I got a problem. My char name on rSRO is like oaeaoi.... But i want it in russian like лва оне мип... something like this. It has no mean :) Can somebody help me. Problem it this i have windows 7. And such program as applocale.msi dont work on my windows.
My english is very bad, sorry. :)

Do you understand russian?
If yes - Install russian windows.

No, i dont understand russian, but i wanna see char name in russian letters.

Change System Locale @ your control panel into Russian.
Or just start sro_client.exe with applocale.

Really guys, i said that already like 20 times in this Forum xD

7 - control panel, region and language, administrative, locale russian.

I installed Applocale. But it isnt work. I launch silkroad.exe to language русский, but if i finished it give me error. "Applocale was unable to launch the specified application.Please make sure the application specified is valid." What to do?
