UCE+rootkit?

Hey guys few years ago hacks was easy by uce/uce+rootkit how now ppl hack on int ? there is smt new? any 1 can tell how do dll's or smt?

Mostly there are DLLs which have Packethacks included. So i think noone hacks by UCE and rootkit anymore.
