[Q] Does anyone have the new value for thunder storm Fusion Kal v2

I've used the search button seems i can't find anything
I've used google seems i can't find anything
I've tried using a stop watch to calculate the time seems that didn't work
I've used UCE memory viewer and i didn't have the correct value so it laughed at me

Does anyone have the correct value for Fusion Kal V2 Thunder storm cooldown?

Search between 17900-20000 or 17000~20000

And yet a useless answers how is me sitting there going 17900, 17901, 17902 going to help at all?
