Ibot not attack

I created a new player and I takeing him to lvl 1 monster and when i clicking on star bot he not attacking he only selecting monster why?

set coordinates: go to 3rd windows and press set area

and if that not work ^
Go to skills tab and enable use normal attack..

hey guyz iam using ibot and its not attking in sror in the onster dialog it write ignore
