I didnt understand all, but i guess i know what you want to know.
You want a Metin2 root server right?
First of all; rent a root on worldstream.nl or other hosting sites.
After that choose "FreeBSD 7.2" as the Operation system.

After you got your root details, you can start installing the files on it and the databse.
How you do that, you can find it out in this forum searching "Metin2- Freebsd".

You have to learn how to do it yourself, if you want to have a server, you can't expect others to tell you what to do.

There are enough tutorials on this forum, most are in german, but that's not an excuse.

Try to find the answers yourself, look first, then ask.
If you have questions after that, they will help you.
