9D Thai Updated Translation

01/19/2011 15:07 DeathByMoogles#1
Here I will be keeping the NDTEXTDB_TH translation file updated after every patch.
This is to ensure that you get the most translation available.

The current one supports Diamond Cave starting area in addition to any new quests/items added and all the previous translations.

Enjoy, and keep 'em coming :)

I need someone with G1 9Dragons to post the latest NDTEXT_DB after every patch, if for some reason It was unclear what I was asking.

Thanks for attempting to help, though!

DeathByMoogles, there is a program that can edit this file so you can import all the data from new patches onto another version file. ill send you the links later.

I'm curious to see that program too. Before some time I've looked inside the files, saw the header and the data but never grooved deeper inside. So that one will be useful for me too.

Thanks in advance

Lol.
If only there was an unpacker for the .xrs files.. Lot's of things would be rite there to discover, and play with!
But ohh well - CE seems more 'nifty' atm :/ Must be the name?

I think an .xrg opener would be a lot more handy.

Why .xrg?
The "main" game files ([..]data\texture\*.*) are in .xrs and .xp

By extracting and modifying them you can change the behavior of mob's/skill's maybe even NPC's...

I think those are just monster model files.

But I could imagine, that data like coordinates, auto aggressiveness, health etc are stored there too (client sided).

Cause 9Dragons is dating from somewhere 2005-2006? and back then "browser"-games (running their files on a server and you getting only an interface) weren't that advanced due to a lack of bandwidth available..

So.. but ohh well. It would be a reason for me to come back though ^^
