Can anyone either make a guide or link me to the account registration page and a 9d korea client download link?

I can get the KSSN by myself just need to find where to register and account and a download client. thx

You need to have a Korean IP for the buttons to work though, I think.

you need KSSN to register and its almost impossible to get one.
