Why cant item identifier cant identify +1 items. Can someone tell me why? Whats the problem between items on +1's?

because +1's are determined on the server side after you have picked it up, as opposed to Ref's elites and uniques where it's determined when it's dropped from the monster. that's the simplest explanation i can give to you.

+1 items are completely random, they only transform from regular items to +1 items when you pick them up.. its like a dice roll :D hope this simplifies things.

So basically if you need a +1 ring and you're out hunting don't pick up anything except rings, you'll eventually get a +1 ring. :)
