Strange Login Problem

Well im trying to reopen my past server MYSTICAL-DEMONS but it wont let me log in,but the strange thing is,this is what it looks like

this is how my APPS look when im trying to log in

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

It has always work like this b4,but when i go to log-in,it says there server maint/network congestion error,and this is what my oems look like....
And when i change the oems to 127.0.0.1(localhost) it works fine and logs in instantly
im useing Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit

BTW im useing bugless REVO base atm(i no everyone has it but im gonna edit it alot from what it is now)

ANYONE NOW HOW TO FIX?


EDIT:Fix it but now it hangs at verifiying account forever

change to this
or its just a problem on ur firewall setting..

ok,haha well i did the thing with the oem,didnt work

then turn off all firewalls doing it and it still dotn work :[? teamveiwer?

maybe u use hamachi ip in database side .?

well i fixed it by adding :5816 to it but now it just hangs at verifiying account FOREVER!!

We never had to specify a port on Acme. Is your port forwarding setup correctly? Have you run the analyze or repair commands on your account table?

ill check it out,my last server didnt need any specifcation of a port

so do we have any solution about this problem. Coz i face this kind of problem also. please.
