How Do I Make An Offline Shaiya Server?

Hello guys

I just want to know how to make an offline shaiya server , so i can play it just for free,GM Commands and that

I have tried using HxD to edit my Game.exe IP 174.142.118.105 to my ipconfig iPv4 but didn't work, "checking server, ´Please check notice board"

I was told i need to change the config.ini IP too, but it show me only text

ehm first u need SQL 2005 and the Server files

use that: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] by ProfNerwosol

i cannot use the US shaiya folder with the exe and ep5 as a offline server just switching ip?

In that case where i need to put the server files?

To play offline u need a server u cant switch ip to play o_O

What server they connect.....
