I have graphic problem please help

OK i play russian silkroad and when im running silkroad this i get :
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
please look carefully! There is something like points on the screen. Can someone tell me is that problem comes from the video card or from the game?

i lol'ed at this , maybe cause its snowing oO?

lol are u newbie i though i wrote too look carefully!!!
see at the quick bar(at bottom of screen) and u will see it...im not so stuped if it was snow i haven't gonna post it!
