So what do u need to get acces to higher level threads?

Im just curious about it because im pretty sure that i would see threads like c3 speedhack and weplvl editing serverside.

Is there a karma limit or is it just for the ppl who are picked up from us epvp "noobs" :D

not sure but i think you asking about lvl.2 and lvl.3 members?
as far as i know they lost the lvl system,and all lvl.2 and 3 quit playing CO anyway.so your best bet for finding stuff thats not released public is making it your self.
