my guess is unless you have purchest a LARGE amount of DBS they dont care what you have to say,so untill you start paying thier checks they dont care what you have to say.
but you can try sending the GM an email or service an email...but yeah its pointless

lol my freinds brother went to the headquarters in Diamond Bar California and they woulent let him by the man at the front desk casue he had no buisness there... and he was there to complain about alot of things
