encrip files pls help

hi
i worked hard for making item_proto with all new weapons
names arabic for my server and locale arabic 100%
and i want to encrip it
i don`t need any one stell it :D
if any one know the way pls tell me

and i need new maps with new mobs :)

is there any program do that ?
