Change res at startup

Is there any way to change the game res BEFORE logging in? Like at Run prompt type Conquer -w or w/e?

I TG overnight in window mode and play in full screen. It's an irritation. lol.

edit: have 2 c.o folders. 1 windowed 1 fullscreen
