"Name already in use" error

Hello,
I have a problem when creating the character. (game it says "name already in use")
After searching and followed all the tutorials on this subject and formatted X times, the problem persists.
What should I do?

now u have to change the the stuff in this folders
in ps_game change the GamePublicIP to ur ip or hamachi
same for ps_gamewar
and u need to port fowarded these ports
and u may need to flick ur firewall off
and i think that is it if any1 else has anything to add just post

If you were kind enough to tell what is your problem and show the logs of it, we might be able to help; otherwise we can't
