Turn your firewall off.
Delete your anti-virus programs.
Put your resolution to 1024x768 and all settings low and off.
Push F12 in-game.
That should work

There is no another solution....TBot is famous for it's abillity....not to hang on to the server and d/c...
Well come to think about it, there might just be one solution....But has anybody heard anything of a working NuBot recently? I mean i used that nubot+TB trick b4 the update, worked like a charm, i see no reason why it wouldnt work now....if i could only find that damn nubot :P.

i don't know if this will work, but it works for me,
Don't start training at ur desinated training area, when u start the game, just return scroll to town and start the bot there. Let the bot do its stuff and let it go by itself to the training area.
I have the problem of bot dc but since i figure out that dc problem occured during when at the training area, not the town.
Another word, just teleport to town and start bot from there XD
