Need a Crap hack

Hello. I saw all the hacks posted on the other topics But non work on Windows xp... I get error when i start anyone of them.
Im making this topic To ask you if you have A Crap hack for Windows xp or Windows xp prof Please post it.

I think they are all patched, so they dont work now anymore.
